Help needed for newbie (Bengal Cardinal)

Hi guys, i am new and need your help. One of my Bengel Cardinals has some white stuff on it. Can anyone explain as i am slightly worried.

I know that banggais have some white spots just as their natural coloration, but yours seems to have a lot. Are the white spots raised at all? Did you QT? Is it eating and swimming okay? Always ask the lfs to feed the fish before you buy it, if the fish doesn’t eat, don’t buy. If it’s lethargic and disoriented then it’s probably something not good like ick or velvet, looks more like ick from the photo if it’s not normal coloration. Here’s a pic of a 100% healthy banggai, you can see it has white dots in the same area as normal coloration. Might not be anything at all

Thanks for the response, The only thing i could say it looks like is sort of like a shedding of the skin, a little like a snake does. I do have another bengal in the tank and it does not have this issue.

I have only had my tank 5 days and all fish are new to the tank, i am not well knowledgeable about fish disease but have done a little research and from what i can tell ICH is loads of little white spots where my Bengel is like a one piece of shedded skin, i guess is the best way i could describe it.

Have you done a proper cycle? Whats your ammonia level? Could be ammonia burn.

What are your parameters in the tank (phos/alk). Has these parameters been stable? Has any other fish exhibited this? Was this a recent purchase?

I have just finished a full test on the water and everything is fine and as it should be, yes this was a recent purchase, and no all other fish are fine.
