Help needed in identifying wierd algae

Any help in identifying this would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Also if there is a way to fix it I would love to know

The red is cyano bacteria not algae.
New tank? yes
Less light more flow and wipe off with paper towels where you can and siphon off the rocks.
It will pass as your tank ages

I had this on my sand as well. More of a pink color for about a week. This morning i woke up and it was all gone. Like a magic trick.
