Help needed Jebao doser 3.1

Help needed. I just got the Jebao 3.1 doser. To add a new doser using the Jebao app the first step is to hold the wifi button for 5 seconds until the red and green lights start blinking. I've tried this numerous times and nothing happens, no green light?
