Hello all,

I am currently running a 100g waterbox. It’s been up and running for at least 7-8 months now. I currently have a few fish as well as a variety of corals ranging from Softies, LPS and now SPS corals. I’m starting to see small amount of die off and I believe it is my currently lighting schedule. Does anyone have any decent lighting schedules they could throw my way. The reason I believe it’s lighting instead of parameters is I run this tank with a full apex and trident system. The lights I am currently running are AI prime 16 HDs.

Thank so much,

Lou

May get more replies if you give more info on the actual lights you use. I can see they are LEDs, but not much else. Lights can be very specific to brand and model to how people run them. Just throwing that out there.

Okay lighting guys with AI Prime, help this fellow reefer out!

I have never run them, but trying to get others on here for you.

As someone who ran Primes and now has Hydra 32s... I would say those primes are way too high, especially for such a small tank and that many of them (and you're trying SPS). I would lower them maybe 6 inches? One of them covers 24x24.

Go to 18:37 on this video. That is what BRS recommends. Thats what I ran.
