Hi

Your probably just curing/ cycling the rock. They are diatoms. then you will get green algea. It's part of the curing process. I won't do anything at this time.
Pictures under whites are best to see what your really taking about tho.

Give some background on the tank. Age, size, livestock and parameters.

age of the tank : 1.5 years
age of rocks - 2 weeks added to tank after 1 weeks of cycling
8 fishes - put , YT , wrasse and BT
No3 = 0.2 ppm
po4 = 0.06ppm

i am using Radion Ab+ in white light and taking it using my iPhone 6 plus

Im making a leap here but i am assuming you have a form of dino's. A better pic might help and a true identification requires a microscope. You may have introduced dinos when you added the LR? I would suggest increasing your PO4 and No3 levels to help grow a competing algae.

Does the algae get stringy with bubble ends?

Let it ride for a while since it might be the introduction of new LR into your system but keep an eye on your P&N since you DO NOT want them to read zero. I suggest even dosing some just to get the #'s up a bit. P=0.1 & N=5.

thought po4 to be kept at 0.03?

When I battled Dino’s it was suggested when fighting Dino’s anything less than 0.1 is essentially zero PO4. So I kept mine elevated above 0.1 and it helped suppress the Dino. But in addition to elevating my P&N I also went barebottom.
