Help needed to pick out a new yellow/orange fish!

I think the yellow corri is pretty awesome but if you just added those inverts I would be a little weary, I was going to offer a candy hogfish. They don't get as big typically but again of those awesome wrasse at big size can be shrimp hunters

I have 4 wrasses in my 90g, the yellow coris, a Melanurus, McCosker's and a dusky, along with a Clarkii and a chalk bass. I've seen all but the McCosker's peck at snails, and I have small feather dusters in my sump, but they keep them out of the DT. They don't mess with my CBS or emeralds (though I've not seen an emerald in well over a month). None seem to have developed a taste for vermitid snails, unfortunately. I have no experience regarding them with peppermints though.

I read this and immediately got up to look very close to my yellow coris and I didn't see any other color. I wonder if I'm just blind, or if it's a small difference between sexes or collection location maybe?
Dominate males have the stripes. If yours is male he will develop them at maturity.

Awesome! I'll keep a look out for that. Thanks for the info!

As far as a starfish goes, it depends which you get. Research all of them and decide which one you can manage. Most people report a short life (1 year) and then starving. I had a sand sifting star and it stayed under the sand a lot, eating. Took him back because I noticed a dramatic decrease in pods and such. I love Midas Blennies. So fun to watch. I do agree that you have plenty of fish in there already. Some you may have to take out in the future (tangs) or they may cause stress in the group and it could infect the others.

When they transition into males they develop the facial markings.

How yellow and orange do you need? A copperband is a beautiful yellow and orange fish
