Help Needed: Tunze Macro Algae Reactor

Anyone have experience with the Tunze macro algae reactors? Mine was running great for a month, I unplugged the pump to take out some chaeto, but when I plugged it back in the motor control dial just flashes blue? I tried soaking in vinegar, even though it’s only been running for a month, and made sure there wasn’t air trapped in it. What else should I try?!?

Mine had a broken wire and the pump would only work when the wire was laying a certain way/ I second reach on to Roger on the Tunze forum.
