Does anyone know of anybody who builds tanks or repairs them. I need some help on the 300 I have the glass and can get the silicone but would like some help in resealing the replacement pane of glass.

I can't say I've ever done it, but it seems like it's nothing more than silicone caulk.
I would use one bead between pieces of glass. Then wipe excess on the outside. Then use a finger to spread and smooth excess on the inside, possibly adding some if needed..., making it look like they do from the factory.
