help needed

As I need to battle Dino's I have to add spongExcel (silicate) into my aquarium but now I have a big problem...... I am living in Ridderkerk - The Netherlands and this silicate is not available in my country. I tried to order via several websites in the USA but now it seems this they do not ship international.
Anybody a suggestion in order to obtain this small bottle.

Can you buy water glass? I saw on a thread where @Randy Holmes-Farley recommended it for silicates.

From what I can see, it's used as a sealer. But please check with Randy or someone else before using it. As I have never used it.
