Help. Never treated for ICH before

76 days fallow, complete! Ready for them to go back into the DT now.

How do I go about swapping them over to the DT? I don’t wanna risk bringing copper over into the DT. Do I give the fish a freshwater bath before putting them back in?

I always use a bucket. Net them from the bucket. You won't transfer enough copper to matter.

Have you observed the fish in non-medicated water for any period of time to make sure they are not still infected?

They’ve been in QT for 78 days now. Stronger then ever and they’re eating like crazy. No signs of any diseases or flukes or ICH.

Would you put them in a bucket with DT water or QT water?

Is your QT salinity the same as DT?

What I do is finish all my med regiments in QT. Then observe for 14 days completely med free. During those 14 days I bring my QT temp and salinity up to match DT. As long as they match it doesn't matter which water you use.

My DT runs at 1.026 and 79F

My QT runs at 1.021 and 76F

If your temp and salinity don't match you can spend a few days getting the two to match up. Or just acclimate them.
