Help.. New Anemone

Hello guys i was hoping i would get some advise on a new anemone? I had one but sadly if died last night. My clown is now very sad and lonely.

What species of anemone?
What size tank?
What lights?
How long did you have the anemone?
How long has your tank been set up?
What are your current water parameters --- with numbers please.
What color was the anemone?

All my water has been fine except the last two weeks i had really high nitrates.. Im sure that was the cause. But its going down now. I am at 40ppm now.. Everything else in my tank is doing fine. I have a 125gallon with Metal halide/PC antics 250watt..

I just want a nice anemone for my clown. I had a condy anemone and my clown loved it.!
