I need help! I just received my first clam in the mail. I've been doing a ton of research in preparation of this day. Just got the shipment a few minutes ago... take a look at the pictures, are these pyramid snails?

The pyramid snails should located at the byssal hole or inner top edge interface of shell and clam mantle.
Those white thing on the snail shell you can brush it off and recommended to do a external clean up before you place it in your tank.
Here are few picture of the pyramid snail provided from Skinz78 in 1 of his thread in this forum clam section.

Looks like spirorbid worms, normal on clam shells.
+1 on Spirorbid womrs, you can brush/scratch them off but they're mostly harmless. Just be careful if you scratch at them with finger nails, they hurt if they get lodged under the nail!

Thank you everyone, I really appreciate the help!
