Help new nem noobie here!!

I just got my nem from my friend and it looked perfect in his tank but now since I put it in my tank it looks stung out and keeps moving.
Should I brighten my lights in my tank I have a radion xr30w pro and 2 mp10w in my 100 gal tank.

How long has the nem been in your tank? The nem is looking good to me in the pic. It will just need some time to settle in. As long as the parameters are good, the nem should find its happy place.

That nem looks awesome to me. Give it some time. They sometimes take a few days to get settled in.
