For Zoas you can get away with pretty much any light. But the Nem will want a bit more power. So I would say you could get away with a lot of different options and honestly most likely only will need one fixture. Maybe you could search on here for 29 gallon tanks and find one that you like the look of. Of course then you can see what they are using and take it from there. You will have to choose between LED's or T5's of course Metal Hylids are an option too but for your need I dont think you need to consider that. Just a couple thoughts that came to mind! Good Luck!!
I wouldn't worry about toxins from the paint, if you want Spongebob in there you can have him! I will say if you start to see flaking or things along those lines you may want to remove those but people use fake plastic stuff in their tanks all the time.Hey, I’ve been into reefing for about 9ish months.
