Help newbie with lighting?

I just set up a 90 Gallon reef tank with some fish will be added when it is ready. I bought the tank and stand used with some RS90 pop bloom lights. It came with 4 under the top canopy. It also came with a controller also. Everything works as it should but it did not come with any manuals or anything. I would like to know what settings does most people set these lights to for coral. I see where it has a timer and moon light or lunar light. I will be doing some candy cane corals and some others as well. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
