Hi.. Ok I just purchased a 28 gal cube and now Im trying to build a sump/ refugium. I have limited space under this tank and I have plexyglass at work so I will
try and build it myself to save $$ for other Items I cant make like fish and live rock!
I have cut pieces already and it will be 16Lx14Dx11h that will take up most of the space under my tank!! I have looked at many plans online and I have an idea of what I should do but Im not 100 % sure. The best part of this sump will be that I will have more water in the system for a more stable tank. I HOPE!! Now How do I know what my water flow is coming in and what pump to buy? Its a little scary because I dont want a flood in my house.. Can you adjust the input flow? And can you adjust the pump output? See I told you I was LOST!! Well I guess the only thing I kind of know now is what my little sump should look like and what glue to use. The set up will be an intake area with the skimmer then a divider to the refugium then a bubble trap to the pump area.. Does that sound right?? Please help.. Thank you.. Patrick
