Help..... not sure what this is??

So I have something new on one of my Mushrooms, two nights ago I noticed them they were white. Today I noticed they are a lime green color. Is this some type of worm or parasite eating on my mushroom? Hope you all can see what I'm talking about, it's on the right side of the mushroom.

If it changed colors it might be a nudibranch. Do you have a coral that bright green color?

Two days ago they looked like white worms on the mushroom. today I noticed they were green. The Mushroom is green, but a military green. Im not sure if I need to remove it or not??
