Took almost all my love rock out to clean and now one of my nems won't attach to any remaining rock. Is it going to turn inside out?

I did a large water change and tank cleaning. I am going to put them back in and re landscape. I just want to make sure my nem is ok.

Your nem isn’t going to be happy since you removed it form the rock work and took the rocks out. It’s going to be under a lot of stress until the tank becomes stable

Stability is one of the most important things you can establish with a marine tank. Anemone is likely upset.
With tearing tank down, you have literally placed tank in start over mode.
Add 1ml of liquid bacteria to tank over the next two weeks.
Hopefully you have reliable test kits and not API to monitor water
Not not move the anemone any more. Provide moderate light and water flow and the anemone will do the rest

My tank is a little over 1 year. And I'm not sure what they are now since we just did the change. That nem is the split clone from the original BTA that I have. The other one is doing just fine. The other thing that has changed is that the clown that was hosting it has went over to the other one and is hosting with my other clown in 1 nem.

I had to do the drastic water change. Everything in my tank was dying. My nitrates and phosphate was too high.
