Help!! Og bounce deflated . Is this normal?

Hi guys!! I noticed this morning my og’s bubbles have burst. Yesterday it was looking beautiful. Is this normal ? Everything else in the tank looks fine. Btw this is my first post . I hope i’ Doing this right. Lol

Hello and welcome to the Club you may won't to do a water change and check the salinity with a good refractometer. Do you have good flow in the tank? also are you running fresh carbon?

hello! I’m scheduled for a tank maintenance on Thursday. My salinity is at 35.8 and my flow is great. Yesterday my Nero 5 pump had stopped because an emerald crabs claw was stuck in it. It took me about 15 minutes trying to help him get loose. But eventually he was released. Maybe those hours the pump was off could of done that?

I threw in a cap of purple up last night so I was worried if maybe that did it. I guess I just have to wait and see.

Temp is 77.1 . I have a chiller and heater so my temp never fluctuates crazy.

I would think periods of deflation is the thing flushing out its internal debris making room for more nutrients

.

Now that the lights are fully on I can see a few tiny bubbles forming again!

I’ve only had one for a week but I noticed they deflate when lights go out and come back in the morning. Not totally flat like yours but probably ok

Bubbles are starting to come back. My lfs guy said it’s not normal. I noticed after I add purple up is when it deflated. Not sure if it’s related in any way and not sure what to believe. Good or not good?
