Help on fine tuning Skimmer

I have the vertex 150 and need some help tuning it.

Right now the pea size bubbles transitions to bigger bubbles at the top of the Skimmer body

Does this look about right or should I lower it?

Personally I run skimmers with the water level at the bottom of the collection cup. Then from there I adjust slightly for a dry skim.
