Help on identifying this ... is it Dinos?

This "algae" has been on my Cup Coral for about a year. It has been slow growing and I remove most of it every week with my suction tube. Although, in the last couple of months it has been growing faster and is on some of my other corals and rocks.

Any ideas on what this is?

looks like it could be dinos… need some better pics without the blue light.
