Help on light upgrade

Hello!

Im looking for help deciding on a minor light upgrade. My tank is an Aqueon 13 gallon "widescreen". Dimensions are 24x8x19. Been up and running for just over a year now with an AI Prime HD. Was all LPS softie, but have recently added a couple sps frags. Id like to get more coverage. I feel I have more of a center spotlight with quite a bit of shadowing on both ends of the tank. Being more of a skinny rectangle, I feel like a 2nd Prime HD is necessary.

Here's my issue...do I get a 2nd Prime to match the 1st and spread them out? They seem to be hard to find new. I know theres a new model out the 16 that I believe runs on bluetooth. Would it matter if I mixed the 2(WIFI and bluetooth). Im also considering dropping the Prime and putting a Hydra32. Only concern is are the lights spaced enough on the 32 to justify losing the Primes.

Getting another small puck is about your only choice unless you want to add some 24" T5s. You should be able to find either if you look hard enough... even slightly used.

Thanks jda, kinda what I figured. Will most likely try to snag a used one. Dont think the 32 are far enough apart.

Or you can send in your light to ai an upgrade to a bigger light an they give u a good deal I sent in some old sol with no power or control an I got a hd 64
