Help on lighting 20g nuvo fusion

Okay so i own a 20g nuvo fusion and i have
-Rainbow acans
-Neon polyps
-Space monster zoas
-Green star polyps
And currently have a maxspect razer 420 160W and have my highest 30% white 45% blue and nothing seems to be happy i have moderate flow neon polyps are happy but the rest are closed is it my lighting?
Calcium-500ppm
Kh-10 DKH
Ph-.25ppm
Nitrates- very high but recently added nitrate removers and pads so shouldnt be a problem

Jose I would say your lighting is fine. looking at your number I would suggest bring the Ca down to 420 to 450, Kh down to around 8 to 8.5, Mg in the 1300's and check your phosphates
