Help on Radion Gen 3 Pro

I am exploring LED route and a local reefer have a nice set of Gen 3 pro for sale, factory date was May/2014.

He sent me this image and I saw four LEDs weren't lit. Is this the signs of setup with intensity or malfunction issues.

Any insights is greatly appreciated.

I have these from the looks of it might be setup. Have him do a demo and they should all turn on.

From the looks of it, all the leds are lit in that pocture. The 4 things you see that you think are dead leds are the screws that hold the lenses in place.

Yeah, the mounting screws look like there should be LEDs where they're located.
