help on two coral issues newby

hey guys hope everyone is healthy and getting by i have two issues nuber one i started with three nice size mush rooms and now i have 5 is that a good thing or a bad thing also two days ago i bgot a lobo from my lfs AND DID NOT KNOW ANY BETTER BUT HAVE NOTICED THTA A CORNER IS MISSING TISSUE

Neither good nor bad. your going to end up with a lot more Mushrooms, I have 4 different kinds & 3 of them have multiplied to the point I took a bunch to my LFS for a credit.

I once bought a coral from a LFS with severe tissue recession. Now I always check out the tissue around the base before I buy

yea guess i learn the hard way its actually looking like it likes the blue light more at nite it kinda puffs up
