Hi all- Brand new Current USA Orbit Marine. Setting up and worked fine. Set the clock, then hit M1. Dimmed to moonlight. All good. Decided to press M3. All goo... wait. It flashed once. Display goes dead and so does light. What happened? Did they send me the wrong transformer with it? It says 12v on the box but the back of the timer says 12/24 input/output. Also, I have an extra battery here. Do I have to install that in the timer somewhere? I'm in denial. I can't take it if my light is broken. I have a 24V transformer for my ecoxotic light. Should I dare try that, or would I really blow something up?? Pic of plugged in transformer below.

Update- Submitted the warranty request and got a confirmation on the 30th. The 31st was a business day and I got no reply. Hmberopefully I will hear from them tomorrow before the weekend. Anyone know of a quicker way to get this done? I submitted a picture, serial number, proof of purchase and model number and also registered the product. Anyone ever had problems with this company honoring warranties?
