I have had my pearly for over two weeks now and he's been burrowing, has created himself two homes and has been eating and socializing fine. Today I wake up and can't find him in his burrow and then I look in the corner and find him at the bottom of the tank, he only ate one mysis shrimp and then just continued to lay there. No signs of disease, no lumps, cuts or anything out of the ordinary. My levels are all good... I'm not sure what's going on.

Here's a picture of where he is

I wouldn't worry too much about it. They tend to explore for new places to burrow or jump out when they are still new. I think you just caught him at the wrong moment.
When I came up and put my hand next to him he ran but only to another corner, I would have thought he would go to a burrow. Idk, maybe I'm paranoid.

But he moved it all around the tank, so more in some areas and less in others.

I agree with the others. I don't think it's time to panic just yet. He looks ok and acting pretty normal for these guys.
