Help! Percula clown not m

My black percula stays at the very bottom of my tank, he is very lazy as of recent and doesn't swim that much. Last time he was swimming and being active he was itching against the rocks. There are no spots at all, these would be easy to spot since he is a black morph. The tank is two months old and is only ten gallons and he is the only fish in the system. Sorry no pics

scratching is an early sign, you should take this as an advantage and treat with coppermine or some other treatments before the parasites start to show themselves. If you have inverts or corals, move the clown into a different quarantine tank to treat it, coppermine is toxic to those.

For now, if the fish does indeed have a parasite then itll show itself eventually as it progresses. Thats why i suggest treating it early, before what ever is bugging it is delt with faster.

Ill head to the LFS and make him a small treatment tank, could i use a small plastic bin?

Yup, I plastic bin that's large enough would work. Just so you know, I suggest upgrading from a 10 gallon sooner than later because Percula clowns can get rather large. But that will take a while so you have time, don't feel rushed.

dang that's like... 1... 2... 3 ... 4 times the size of mine!
And thank goodness he is okay
