help pick equipment please

i have a 10 gallon tank setup to house my mocha ocellaris, i normally run uv on all my tanks just for less work keeping algae out and also managing any parasites that may get into the tanks from slip ups through hermits live rock etc (now i know everything must be qt but that ship has sailed so here we are) does anyone have a uv sterilizer they could recommend that will control algae but also help manage parasites.
