Help! Pipefish has weird white discoloration!

is it ok? It’s breathing healthy as I got him from OSA and put it in my cycles tank and he has that now!

I think I see an anemone in the reflection of the glass. Pipefish and things that sting don’t mix. I’d be willing to bet that’s what happened.
