Help please Did a water change and...

Did a 30l water change and my feather duster's crown looks droopy.

I did a larger water change than usual as I've been ill and unable to do them for a couple of weeks. Did the change around 7.30pm and just noticed it drooping.

Its a 94l
Ammonia and nitrite were still both 0 but nitrates were upwards of 20.

Is this just stress? Can I expect it to be ok?

Should be fine, it's a filter feeder. Only thing i would worry about is if you did a pure tap water change, or was it filtered?

It might just be a little upset from the water change. Just monitor it to see if it gets worse. I'm assuming you used RODI water.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I use an RODI filter 5 stage. I tested the PPM after filtering and it was 000ppm on my digital TDS meter.

I also use H2Ocean Pro by D-D and made it up to match the 1.025 of tank and the temp to 26c allowing for any deviation during the water change as my tank is set to 25c.

Yes I have the aquati 5 stage, tested to 000ppm after filtering and use H2Ocean pro by D-D made up to 1.025 checked again before putting in tank and temp to 26 to allow for deviation whilst changing. My tank is set at 25c

only time to worry is if they start to shed the feathers or blow their top off. That's usually from starvation, high nitrates, ammonia.

That's was my main concern as 2 weeks ago it did spit the feathers due to stress caused by me trying to relocate it. so it's been stressed already recently. I'm just hoping this hasn't caused it more stress after just re-growing new tube and crown.
