hello again thank you for the warm greetings. attached are pictures of what is going on.. the rock that has all the green/brown hair like algae was a dry rock. everything else was live rock.

ammonia0ppm
nitrate0ppm
nitrate 0ppm
calcium-390
alk. according to api test instructions my level is at 140-200 ppm

I just ordered red sea testing kit that has all the essential kits..

my red monti is still growing however it has the algae on it..

my calcium levels are a bit low and i just ordered ESV dosing will be here in a day or two..

You may want to test Phosphate. Sounds like this tank may be new. Not sure if you performed rock curing, there is video tutorials. In short, before placing rocks into aquarium you can put them into a bucket, verify the dry rock is indeed dead by performing ammonia and nitrate tests. If rock wasn't totally dead it may have had some die off of living organisms inside the rock, and nutrients are seeping out causing algae to grow. In my experience even when a tank has zero phosphate algae can still grow. If you do indeed have high phosphate of course you will need to decrease. I suspect this will take a good deal of effort and time to remove algae.
Someone will disagree but I have with success used bleach to cure dry rock, simply be careful. Rinse and wash rock and let it dry completely before re-adding. This in my opinion. Good luck : - /
