Brown stringy feces are not usually a bad sign. If it is n full Cupramine, I would not dose metro in the water. You could run a second dose of prazi, that helps break the life cycle of any flukes.
I’d really like a better view, can you post a short video under white light?

So it looks like other eye is a little budged out now as well. His coloring makes it hard to get a good pic

Sorry, tough to say without clear pics of a video. Both eyes bulging can be from gas super saturation - an air leak on the suction side of a pump, or a sump that got too low and caught air.

So I'm using a hang on back filter with an air stone. He just likes to swim for a moment and then lies down.

Ich so so easy to manage best thing to do is leave the fish alone keep hands out of tank and he will be just fine no doubt,I hate seeing so many people recommend Hospital tanks for something little like ich,All it will do is stress the fish more and most likely cause it to die unfortunately,Best thing to do is save your money don't buy any copper treatment just keep it well fed in display it will be just fine.
