Help please? Infestation

Yesterday morning I woke up to several dead fish and this horrible (see video) I immediately started a 35% water change put the carbon back into my filter( removed it as I was treating red cyna with chemiclean) but this morning the glas is covered with this please help I do not have any quarantine tanks and do not want to kill any remains coral 90 gallon reef about to go to my LFS for answers thank you all in advance

Do you have any spare internal filters? A plastic storage container could be useful as a QT. I'm not sure what it is, looks like the weird roots from war of the world's!

No just buckets my LFS tested everything the only issue is PH is low
 
This happened overnight??
Well actually the last 48 hrs since I started the chemiclean treatment, but I did a 35% water change yesterday and turned the UV back on as well as putting the carbon in (removes for treatment) water trees today at 15.30 hrs and the only thing off was low PH so I just added buffer
 
chemi clean will kill beneficial bacteria and will reduce oxygen. add gyres and direct them to surface. skimmer should be working 24/7. if treatment finish,,, give it 50 % water change.
