Help Please. Power Bar Blinking Orange

I was setting up a carbon reactor and plugged it into one of the outlets. It ran for about a second then everything that was plugged in disconnected. Now the energy bar is blinking orange. I tried unplugging everything and resetting it but the yellow button doesn't move.

I feel so stupid. The cable in the apex came loose from me moving things around right when I turned on the reactor. Problem solved
