Help please! Radion rf chip upgrade not working

I uograded 2 radions G3 pro with the mobius chip. The app started updating the radions and after updating the radio (before installing the device OS), the connection was lost. Now I can not see the radions on the app and I don't know how to finish installing the firmware

I don't think you can upgrade g3's to mobius.
