Help please. Yellow watchman goby sick

Hi all, I just found my ywg looking like this. Any ideas on what it might be. I added vibrant for the 3rd weekly dose two nights ago and may have added a little to much I bumped the bottle and spilled a little extra in. It wasn’t nothing too drastic. The ywg was not right yesterday by not staying in his normal spot and only ate very little. I just now found him looking like this. I put him in a qt rank with general cure. I don’t know if that is the right thing to do. Any suggestions?

The whole body was bright yellow. Now he has bleached out sections and on one of his sides in the first pic it is red. No issues with tank mates and breathing doesn’t look too heavy

On second thought his breathing does look heavy
