Tell us a bit about your tank, water parameters, livestock, and its history.I need help to getting way this thing from the sands please ! What the name of it . I noticed 3 weeks ago the changes of the color of the sand. What should i do in this case ?

GSP on rock to right looks great, I assume even better under blues lighting 
The stuff on the sand is only covering 'surface' ATM, like a cobweb so I would suggest.. turn off filters and flow,
turkey baster blast it to a corner gloves on remove as much as possible manually with your hands/turkey baster to suck up all floaty bits into external container and throw away.
'I would not recommend this with filters on as it may clog or something similar.. especially rollers I think.
In my opinion, if you do it right now, hands on, get rid asap whilst it's easy to do, it will save you months in your time and also save you money further down the line, don't rely on chemicals to do hard work for you.
At this stage it's as easy as cleaning/rinsing a plate
You do need to check what's causing this issues in the meantime, via test kits etc

I had this tank for about 2 years and i have 12 and some lather coral , torches, hammer coral, sps coral. Last Two weeks the alkalinity downgraded i replaced the skimmer last moth there has lot of flow but one thing iam not happy with is the light schedule. I need help with that too.
