So during my 4 day power outage I lost all live stock and corals the only thing that made it was my blood red shrimp, rock wall anemone and red bubble tip anemone in my 75gal so its pretty rough shape....do I just do big water changes and what do I with the live rock that had coral on it that turned to sludge do I rinse it and soak it in some vinegar water? Any help would be great thank you

You will probaly need to tear down tank and clean off the rock. I would replenish water with new and get it going again. Hope that you have a good skimmer. You are going to have to cycle the tank as you did when you first set it up. You will probaly have a ammonia spike so we will need to keep testing and doing water changes as nessary untill everything gets back to normal.

Sorry for your losses! I would do several water changes and run lots of carbon. I would replace the carbon every couple of days. Rocks that look real bad with lots of decay, I would rinse them off with dirty water from your water change and scrub them real good. I would then place them in a bucket with fresh saltwater, power head and heater to cure it again.

I am so sorry! You might want to find a foster home for your anemones and shrimp so you can properly cycle the tank again. You have some hearty anemones to survive that!
