My first Acro isn't doing so well. Not sure what I did if anything. I was feeding my tank/fish and some of the food (Reef Frenzy) went directly into the Acro. I thought it to be ok as the Acro Crab went crazy. But now I'm seeing white strings coming from where the polyps reside. It's also possible that it got hit with to much flow for about 1 minute while I was turning down my pump. Is this STN?

I can't get a good pic using my iPad or iPhone, I'm sorry I know it would help a bunch.
It is not a Milli so no, it's not pe. There is pe but on several tips the polyps have been replaced with white string.

Here you can see a string up top.

Those are mesentarial filaments. They come out when feeding and sometimes when stressed as a defense....

Thank you! They have now receded. Wow that was kind a scary. I was more concerned about the lil Acro Crab having no where to live-lol.

Update: Seems this Acro either really likes Reef Frenzy or really hates it. Fed the fish this morning and within a couple minutes the white stringy stuff is back, all over it!! What do I do? I feed my tank nothing else.
