I reached into my tank, and I had highlighter on my hand, and You could see it going into the water. Will my fish be ok. Please help

I'm doing a water change now, just to be safe, but my fish don't seem to be affected

most standard highlighter are non-toxic don't think you have to worry too much...
I would change out the GAC just in case.
