Any idea on this please. It's like a fuzzy black/brown Algae . Comes away in clumps but as you can see it's quite invasive and grows over rockwork and Coral ....

It looks to me like a cyano algae. Does it blow off easily?
IMO not a big deal.

Thanks and yes comes off dead easy .....I usually syphon off bits when doing my water change ..... is there a permanent cure?

If should fade away with time. Is this the only spot? Nutrient control(no3 po4) , good Ph, reduce or eliminate carbon dosing or feeding amino acids are a first step.

If it's Cyano, you can treat it with cyano-x. I just had some in my tank. No big deal, but i don't think you should leave it.
