I was needing to know can I mix Formalin MS with PraziPro

You can but not recommended, both really deplete the oxygen from water. A better choice would be doing formalin bath for 90min and then after moving the fish back dose prazipro

I definitely wouldn't put formalin in the QT. As mentioned, its best done in a bath. It's also a harsh med on the fish and should be held out unless there are no other options available to you.

To the OP: I wouldn't combine Prazipro + Formalin for two reasons:

1. The oxybispropanol found in Prazipro would likely interact negatively with the formaldehyde found in Formalin.
2. Combining those two meds would be a very harsh experience for any fish.

I agree formalin and acriflavin best for bath. You're in good hands
