Ok...just when you think you have everything under control
Yellow tang and fox face have some reddening where fins join body ..lips...head and spine??? Thank god in quarantine!

@Humblefish is the go to for fish disease treatment could be some sort of bacterial problem. Are you treating the QT with anything?

How's the ammonia levels in the tank?

Whatever it is, it looks fairly mild at this point. Ammonia, as Reef Lover mentioned, is something to check - my other thought would be a bacterial inflammation, but that shouldn't be contagious. Keep antibiotics (Metroplex, Kanaplex, Furan-2) handy, in case of need.

Yes. Low levels and hypo salinity. 1.15

Might want to keep some Ruby Reef Rally on hand for a bath if need be. Glad they are looking better
