If not ATO, then another liquid might have been added. Do you automatically dose Alk, Ca etc. Check those containers. Also how big is this tank?

I do dose alk, cal and mag... I have a 50g, 70 gal total volume

Strange where this extra dilution came from. I would just slowly bring back up the salinity over the next couple of days.

any signs of leaking? if there is a slow drip somewhere it would let saltwater out while your ATO compensates. Could be somewhere not visible or soaking into the stand.
