Yeah, it probably is brown jelly. Keep in mind, brown jelly isn't a disease, it's the result of any number of causes. Could be infection, stress etc. In my experience with brown jelly, it has almost always been caused by lack of nutrients that stresses the coral into this state, and it seems that the green hammers are more sensitive than some of my others.
