Help please

I got called out of town 2 days ago and my wife just sent me these photos of my sailin, and would like help identifying what could be wrong, I did add 3 damsels just before I left, but that’s the only change other then that it’s a well established tank any help to try to get my wife to do somthing would be great.

he is eating and acting normal.

I thought that, but they are like an inch and he’s pretty big so wasn’t sure

His coloration, this is him normally

Is the discoloration on both sides of the fish or just the left side?

That’s what I was thinking just want to make sure it’s not some kind of sickness
