Looking for some insight. Been thinking maybe diatoms or dinoflagellates but I’m just not sure.

last parameters were

NO3: 7
PO4: 0.03
Salinity: 35 ppt
Ca: 445
Mg: 1350
pH: 8.3
Alk: 8.0

The tank is about 10 months old and I’ve never had any huge issues. I did change some (most) rock work out several weeks ago so I’m wondering if it’s just cycling. I dosed some microbacter 7 last Friday and will continue a weekly dose for now.
The biggest issue is that this is covering my SPS to the point where I’m worried about them

any help would be appreciated

Buy more cuc. Do you have a refugium?

Pics of rocks are hard to distinguish. My ugly phase didn't wrap up until tank was about a year old tho.

Ok, but will my SPS be able to shed this somehow?
No idea. You will probably need to use a baster to blow off the algae or find another way to keep it from collecting on your coral... I can't tell you specifically what to do.
