Phosphate is high, from what I have read .2 and above acros don't like it.

It’s hard to tell in the picture but is it tissue necrosis with algae growing on the exposed skeleton?

it looks like algae growing on the dead parts of the coral, and phosphate level is out of control.

It absolutely can grow back but if the corals has started to necrosis it often will just continue until the coral is dead. Getting all of your parameters within reasonable ranges and stable is the first step.

What are calcium and alkalinity levels? How are you keeping levels stable (dosing?). How is flow near this coral?

Salt, tad low
Mag, way low
Po4 really high
Coral looks dead. Sorry

What do you normally do weekly as far as water changes and other tank maintenance? Has everything been stable at this level? Personally I would not run alkalinity that high either

The coral is not dead i am just over a battle with dinos . The salt on apex is lousy. 1.025 is my salinity. The alk has been stable for a while i dose kalk at night to keep ph at 8-8.3 .

Acros are difficult. Dinos can be a nightmare, so I feel for you there. How long have you had the coral?

I would start with getting parameters in line. You may have to change some water with a lower alk salt mix, or alter the newly mixed water.

In the long term, for parameters:
I'd try to get alk in the 7-9 range. Seawater is closer to 7 dKH. I know some people keep it higher, but nearly 12 is pretty high.
Nitrate < 10 dKH
Phosphate < 0.1 ppm. You might have to employ GFO for that.

In the short term, if the coral is dying from the bottom up, you might consider fragging some of the branches.

Lighting and flow are also important for SPS, especially Acros. I don't know what you have for lights and powerheads.
