Good morning. I noticed these on my foxface this morning. I'm not sure if they were there yesterday. I do pay close attention to my animals so I'm pretty sure it just appeared. I'm concerned but I don't want to over react. All other fish seem fine and all are eating well. I did have an issue where my temperature dropped 2 degrees yesterday as an FYI.

Hi, I'm struggling to see anything in the picture. The large white dots look like glare or spots on the glass. I see one smaller spot below and to the front of the black spot.

Also, background information is vital, here is a link that discusses that:

Those white spots that look like salt spots? Two are out of focus, I can't say what they are. The one that is half on the black spot could be a bacterial infection.

Can you please give background information and perhaps a short video?

I too see nothing other than a discoloration often associated with stress. The dots appear as precipitation.
Assure you are providing this guy good water quality and diet. What foods are you offering it?

Test regularly everything is stable. I just thought of something. I added a bit anemone Thursday! Maybe he got to close . My temperature dropped by 2 degrees yesterday but it is back up and stable.

Anemone sting will leave circular marks or imperfections

That is exactly what they look like.
If so, will heal on its own. Should and Should it become infected, quarantine and treat with seachem Kanaplex for at least 5 days but rarely does it get infected. Just keep an eye on it
